MESSAGE FROM MRS COLLINS

It was wonderful to see so many parents and carers cheering on their children today at our sports day. Every child had their moment on the track – from the very first Reception race to the Year 5 & 6 relay finale!

The children showed good sportsmanship towards each other: congratulating each other, as well as cheering and supporting their peers. There was also many close races, which required a photo finish.

A big thank you to Mrs Holloway for organising the event and all the other adults who supported in their phase groups. We couldn’t do it without you.

Congratulations to the Yellow team who won today, they were only 5 points ahead of the blue team!

PE Kit Next Week

The forecast for next week shows still shows high temperatures. Therefore we have asked all children next week to:

Wear their PE kit each day
Bring in a cap / hat
Bring in a water bottle
Ensure they have applied sun screen before coming to school
