Dear Parents and Carers,
As you are aware, we have arranged swimming lessons for Year 5 and Year 6 this term starting on Thursday 8th June 2022 at Guildford Spectrum, and will continue every Thursday until Thursday 13th July 2023.
Children will be walking to and from The Spectrum across Stoke Park and we will be leaving school
at 9:15am and returning in time for lunch. Please see the calendar on the website for more information on exact dates.
The cost of these lessons will be £17.00 per child which we have been able to partially fund from School Fund this year and this can be paid in instalments if you wish. Please remember that whichever payment method you decide to choose, the total amount must be received by the deadline of Monday 10th July 2023.

Swimming kits must be brought in on Thursday mornings and taken home the same day and each child will need a towel and a plain swimsuit and plain trunks (no bikinis or board shorts). Pupils may wear a swim cap if they are able to put it on themselves and hair that is long enough must always be tied back in line with school policy. Pupils are now permitted to use goggles should they wish to.
