Booking Your Appointment

These important ten-minute face-to-face meetings are a chance to discuss your child’s progress and next steps.  Meetings take place twice a year, in the Autumn and Spring terms.

At Sandfield it is so important that we work together to ensure we get the best possible outcomes for your child.  To that end, please all parents and carers will need to book a slot during one of these times.

How to book using the MCAS App

This is done by:
1. Choosing the Parents Evening module on your App or desktop

2. Choose the date and time you would like under your class child’s teacher as follows:

Reception Class – Mrs S Phillpot

Year 1 – Mrs N Payne

Year 2 – Miss C McIllroy

Year 3 – Mrs S Malik

Year 4 – Mrs L Dorman

Year 5 – Mrs J Grant

Year 6  – Mrs S Howard

Please note that all meetings are FACE-To-FACE in school, NOT online.

 If you are a parent of a child in either Reception Class, Year 1 or Year 2, please wait in the KS1 Hub and your child’s teacher will come and get you.
