Dear Year 3 and Year 4 Parents and Carers,
Please see below the final costings for the Year 3 & Year 4 Residential in June.
The cost to parents and carers will be £30.00 for all activities and the overnight stay including food and refreshments for Year 4. Contributions for this Residential to be made online via Scopay on Monday 22nd May 2023 at the latest.
Payment by instalments can be made, however all payments need to be made by 22nd May 2023.
Our aim is for all pupils to participate in these activities. We are able to help all pupils who are in receipt of Free School Meals and/ or Pupil Premium. Parents will need to make an appointment with Mrs Lidstrom, our Home School Link Worker, either via the school office or email HSLW@sandfield.surrey.sch.uk, to discuss what help is available and also discuss a payment plan for any contributions.
If any other family is experiencing financial difficulty and would like to discuss payment of this event, please also contact Mrs Lidstrom ahead of the deadline date.
There are arrangements in place for any child in Year 4 who does not wish to stay overnight, however they will need to be back to school in time for the early morning activities.
A more detailed programme will be sent out after Easter and will include the activities that the children are taking part in and the kit list.
