Dear Parents and Carers,


Thank you for returning your deposits for the residential trip for your child. Please note the change in date to Monday 22nd May through to Wednesday 24th May 2023.

Final calculations based on the actual number of children that have applied are as follows:

£215.59 per child for the High Ashurst Outdoor Education Centre, accommodation, activities and all meals.

– £20.00 non-returnable deposit already made in the Spring Term

Remaining total per child £195.59

This amount equates to approximately £71.86 per day including full board and activities.

There are two options for paying the overall remaining cost of £195.59, either a one off payment for the whole trip, or 4 monthly instalments, details are below.  All payments must be made online, via Scopay.

A one-off payment of £195.59 by 01/11/2022 or

£48.00 1st instalment due on or before 01/11/2022 (£147.59 left to pay)

£48.00 2nd instalment due on or before 01/12/2022 (£99.59 left to pay)

£48.00 3rd instalment due on or before 01/02/2023 (£51.59 left to pay

£51.59 4th instalment due on or before 01/03/2023 (£0.00 left to pay)

Regardless of which plan you choose to follow, all final payments and instalments must be received by the specified deadline datesFailure to pay by the due dates, can result in your child’s place being withdrawn at any time by The Surrey Outdoor Learning Centre.

For those families that are registered for Free School Meals a personal payment plan will be sent to you separately.

There will be a final meeting for all parents near the time to finalise details.  This is a very important meeting as it is designed to give you as much information as possible about this Residential trip, including a kit list.  There will also be an opportunity for you to ask as many questions as you need.
