Dear Year 6 Parents and Carers,

We just wanted to touch base with you and share the key dates and activities for Year 6 for the rest of this academic year.

SATS Week:  Tuesday 9th May – Friday 12th May – 8:00am breakfast club for all Year 6 pupils (please see information PPT attached)

Trip to Holy Trinity Church – Monday 15th May, with Year 5, leaving at 9:15am and returning around 12 noon.

Year 6 Junior Citizenship Training at the Spectrum – Tuesday 16th May

Year 6 Residential to High Ashurst – Monday 22nd May to Wednesday 24th May – (see information PPT attached)

Year 5 & 6 Swimming Lessons – Thursday morning at the Spectrum from Thursday) –

Thursday 8th June, 15th June, 22nd June, 29th June, 6th July & 13th July, approximately cost – £16

Please complete the Swimming Competency Form for swimming lessons by this Friday (28/04/2023)

Secondary Induction Days Tuesday 27th & Wednesday 28th June, please ensure you have sent a message via Studybugs and ordered or cancelled your child’s lunch.

KS2 Production Wednesday 12th July & Thursday 13th July –7:00pm-9:00pm

Parents – Please can you help us 😊

Junior Citizen Training on Tuesday 16th May (9:00am – 12:00pm) – we need 2 parent helpers

Swimming on a Thursday morning June + July (9:15am – 11:15am) – we need 3 parent helpers each session.  Please sign here if you can help.

We have attached two information PowerPoint presentations for SATs Week and the High Ashurst Residential.  Mrs Collins will go through both presentations after school in Year 6 on Thursday 27th April for any parents with further questions.
